What to do about AI,answered properly.
A paid engagement for owners and executives who need a straight answer on automation in their own business — what to automate first, what to build versus buy, what it costs and what it returns. You leave with a roadmap you own, whether or not you ever run ContractorAIPro.

The free AI audit
A conversation about whether ContractorAIPro fits your business.
We look at where work is leaking — unanswered calls, slow quotes, dead follow-up, unpaid invoices — and which departments you are genuinely short of. Then we show you the system running on a real contracting business.
A scoped build and two numbers, or an honest not yet.
Contractors and service businesses considering the system.
We are selling something. We will tell you when it does not fit, but this is our product and our answer will point at it.
AI systems consulting
Independent advice about AI and automation in your business, with no product attached to the answer.
We map how the work actually moves, find the parts worth automating, decide build versus buy on evidence, size the cost and the return, and read the quotes other vendors are putting in front of you.
A written roadmap you own. We can build it, or your own team can build from it. If we build it, the consulting fee goes toward the build.
Any business, in any industry — including ones that will never run ContractorAIPro.
You are paying for judgement, not a pitch. If the right answer is a tool we do not sell, that is what the document says.
We map the work, not the software.
Nobody can tell you what to automate from a list of your apps. We go process by process — how an enquiry becomes a job, how a job becomes an invoice, who touches what and how many times — and the automation candidates fall out of that.
We separate the automatable from the theatre.
Most of what a business gets sold as an AI opportunity is a demo. Some of it is real, some of it will break the first time a human does something unexpected, and some of it is a spreadsheet with better marketing. Knowing the difference is the job.
Build versus buy, decided on evidence.
There is usually an off-the-shelf tool that does 70 percent of it for a fraction of the cost, and there is usually one thing worth building properly because it is where your margin actually lives. We tell you which is which, and why.
Sequenced by payback, not by excitement.
The order matters more than the list. You get a plan where the first thing pays for the second thing, so the programme funds itself instead of needing a budget defended every quarter.
We read the quotes you are being given.
Bring us the proposals on your desk. We will tell you what is fairly priced, what is being padded, what is being promised that the technology cannot currently do, and which questions to ask before you sign.
Ten thousand hours.Our own money.
This is not a consultancy that read about AI last year. It started in SEO and web development, learned those properly, and moved into artificial intelligence as each wave of it actually became usable — every piece of it tested inside a luxury landscape architecture and pool construction firm before it was ever recommended to anybody else.
Over ten thousand hours, hands on the tools.
Not conference talks, not vendor webinars, not a certificate. Nights and weekends building, breaking and rebuilding systems against a live book of work, from the first month these tools were good enough to trust with anything.
Paid for out of our own margin.
Every platform on the list we hand you was bought, wired up and judged inside our own business. We know which ones quietly fall apart at volume, because we found out at our own expense rather than yours.
The failures are most of what you are buying.
Plenty of it did not work. Knowing which approaches demo beautifully and then collapse the first time a real job goes sideways is not something you can read in a vendor comparison, and it is the part that saves you the most money.
Three ways in.
Strategy session
One working call with a written summary afterwards. A straight answer on where to start, what to leave alone, and what the realistic first win is. For an owner who wants direction before spending anything.
AI systems roadmap
Process mapping across the business, an automation plan sequenced by payback, build-versus-buy calls with the reasoning shown, cost and return sized per item, and a specification any competent developer can build from.
Retained advisory
We stay in the room while you execute. Vendor quotes reviewed, what gets built checked against the spec, and the roadmap kept current as the tooling changes underneath you — which it does, constantly.
If we build the system, the consulting fee goes toward the build. Fees are in USD and quoted before any work starts. Travel and on-site days are extra and always agreed in advance. If a twenty-minute free audit would answer your question, we will tell you that instead of selling you a roadmap.
Then you decidewho builds it.
We build it
The shortest route. We wrote the specification and we have built this inside a real contracting business already, so there is no handover and nothing to re-explain. The consulting fee goes toward the build.
Your team builds it
If you already have developers, the roadmap is written to be handed straight over — scope, sequence, data model, integrations and acceptance criteria, in language a developer can act on without ringing us. You paid for it, you own it.
Nobody builds it yet
Sometimes the sequence says wait. A process is about to change, or the honest fix is a spreadsheet and one rule rather than a system. That goes in the document too. A roadmap that tells you to spend nothing this quarter has still paid for itself.
We will also review another vendor's build against a roadmap we wrote. That is retained advisory work, and it is usually the most valuable month anyone buys from us.
Most businesses do not have an AI problem. They have six vendors, one champion, no sequence, and a budget already half spent.
ContractorAIPro — advisory practiceTell us what you are trying to decide and we will tell you which of the three fits — or that the free audit covers it. Use the form and put "consulting" in the message.
Most people don't buyone specialist.
They switch on the departments their business is actually short of. Twenty minutes on video and we will tell you which ones those are — and which of the tools you already pay for it makes redundant.
