Straight answers,no sales language.

Everything people actually ask before they book. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call — that's what the call is for.

Getting started

What actually happens on the audit?
Twenty minutes on video. We go through how your business runs now — where enquiries come from, who touches them, where work stalls — then show you the system live on a real contracting business. You leave with a specific answer on what it would do for you and what it would cost. No deck, no follow-up sequence.
What is the difference between the free audit and paid consulting?
The audit is a twenty-minute conversation about whether ContractorAIPro fits your business. It is free, it is genuinely useful, and the answer it gives you points at our product — because that is what it is for. Consulting is different work: independent advice about AI and automation in your business, with no product attached to the answer. We map how your work actually moves, decide what is worth automating and in what order, call build versus buy, and read the quotes other vendors have put in front of you. You leave with a written roadmap you own and can hand to any developer, agency or internal team, whether or not you ever run our system. That is paid work, and the fees are on the consulting page.
Do you consult for businesses that are not contractors?
Yes. The operating system is built for contractors; the consulting is not. Finding the work worth automating, separating what is real from what is a demo, deciding build versus buy and sequencing it so the first thing pays for the second thing — that is the same job in a law firm, a clinic, a distributor or a manufacturer. Mostly what changes is the vocabulary.
How long does it take to switch on?
Days, not quarters. The specialists already exist — the work is connecting them to your numbers, your pricing and your tone of voice, and that is a configuration job rather than a build. Anything genuinely custom to your business is scoped separately so you know what you are waiting for.
Does my team have to learn new software?
No. There is one screen and it answers in plain language. Anybody on your team can use it the day it turns on. That was a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have — a system nobody uses is worse than no system.
What do you need from us to start?
Your pricing logic, your margins, a sense of how you talk to clients, and access to the channels enquiries arrive on. If your numbers live in a spreadsheet and somebody's head, that is normal and it is workable.

How it works

Will it send things to my clients without me?
Only if you tell it to. Every quote, contract, reply and supplier order lands in your approval queue as a draft. You read it, you send it. Once you trust a specific specialist you can let that one send on its own — and you can take that back at any time.
What happens to leads that come in overnight?
The same thing that happens to one at eleven in the morning. Answered in under thirty seconds, qualified, given a real price range and booked into the calendar. The whole conversation is written up in the client file with the takeaways, the to-dos and a recording you can play.
Does it replace the software we already pay for?
That is the goal. Most contractors are running a CRM, a quoting tool, a scheduler, an invoicing product and three subscriptions nobody can name — paying a tax in licence fees and in the time it takes to move information between them. This is one system that does the whole job. We will tell you honestly on the call which of your tools it makes redundant.
How does it price a job it has never seen?
Off your own margins and your own historical numbers — not a market average and not a guess. It builds a real takeoff, then presents good, better and best so the client picks a tier instead of comparing your one number to somebody else's.
What languages does it work in?
Fluently in any language your business does — Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian and more. Clients, suppliers and staff each handled in their own language, from the same system.

Fit and money

Who is this actually for?
Businesses that already have a team. If you have people answering the phone, quoting work and chasing money, this multiplies what they can process. If you are on the tools by yourself, it is the wrong tool at the wrong time — we will tell you that on the call rather than sell you something.
Is this only for contractors?
It was built inside a construction company, which is why it handles quoting, scheduling and collections properly rather than generically. It runs for firms, practices, agencies and manufacturers too. The test is simple: if your business takes enquiries, prices work and has to chase people to get paid, it fits.
What does it cost?
Two numbers: a five-figure build, plus a monthly. The build is scoped to your business — your pricing, your margins, your channels, and anything that has to be made from scratch. The monthly depends on how complex that build is. You get both numbers on the call, before you commit to anything. For context: the four hires it most often replaces — an office manager, an estimator, an inbound rep and a bookkeeper — are about $275,000 a year in base salary before benefits, and none of them touch your marketing or your purchasing. If a five-figure build is not where your business is yet, we will say so on the call rather than sell you something.
What is the monthly for?
It is not a maintenance fee. There is a team working on your system every day — tuning how your specialists behave as they see more of your work, upgrading them, and adding capability that did not exist when you switched on. The system you start with in January is not the system you will have in June. The monthly scales with the complexity of your build, and like everything else you will know the number before you commit.
What if it isn't right for us?
Then we say so on the audit, before you have spent anything. Talking a business out of this is cheaper for everyone than a bad install.

Control and risk

Who owns the data?
You do. Your clients, your pricing, your history, your conversations. It is your business's information running on a system you are paying for.
What if a specialist gets something wrong?
It gets caught in the approval queue, which is exactly why the queue exists. Nothing goes out unread until you decide it can. When something is wrong you correct it once and the correction sticks.
What if we need something that doesn't exist yet?
We build it and add it to your command center. That is how most of the current roster got built — a real business needed something, so it got made.
