What determines the quote
Data quality, workflow complexity, system access, locations, transaction volumes, testing and support requirements determine the final investment. These are planning starting points, not fixed prices for every deployment.
Monthly management covers an agreed allowance for monitoring, maintenance, knowledge updates and reviews. AI usage, telephony, messaging, third-party licences, advertising and taxes are additional where applicable.
