Your data staysyour data.

You are about to hand a system your client list, your pricing and your phone. These are the questions you should be asking anybody who wants that much access — and our answers, in plain language.

Where does my data actually live?
In a managed Postgres database hosted in Canada, on infrastructure that is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your records, your call logs and your documents sit in your business's own store — not in a shared pile with every other contractor's customers.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. The language models the specialists run on are accessed through commercial APIs that do not train on the data sent to them. Your pricing, your client list and your call transcripts are not turned into anybody's training set, ours included. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and there is no arrangement under which we would.
Who at your company can see my clients?
Only the people who need it to support you, and only when something needs fixing. Not sales, not marketing, not a contractor down the road. Milton Stone is a landscape architecture and pool construction firm — if you are one too, you are entitled to be suspicious about that, and you should ask it on the call.
What happens to the call recordings?
They are stored with the call record and are playable from the dashboard. You set how long they are kept and you can delete any of them at any time. Recording notification is configured for your jurisdiction as part of the build, because the rules differ by province and by state and that is not something to guess at.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time, in a standard format — clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, call logs, documents. It is your business's data and it leaves with you. There is no export fee and no notice period on it.
What happens if I stop paying, or you disappear?
You get an export of everything before the account closes. Your phone number is yours — it is ported or forwarded to us, never owned by us, so it goes back the day you ask. Nothing about the setup is designed to make leaving painful, because a system that has to trap you is a system that is not good enough.
Can it send something to a client without me seeing it?
Only if you decide it can. Everything queues for your approval by default — every quote, reply, post and invoice. You release that department by department, at your pace, once you have watched it work. Most owners keep the estimating queue on approval permanently and let the front desk run free within a month.
What if it makes a mistake on a live job?
Every action is logged with what triggered it and what it produced, so a mistake is traceable rather than mysterious. The approval queue exists precisely because a system with this much reach needs a brake, and the brake is on until you take it off.
Do you have SOC 2 or ISO certification?
Not today, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We are a small company that built this inside a working contracting business. If your procurement process requires a certified vendor, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit yet.
Four things we will never do

Commitments,not settings.

We will never sell your data. Not to lead brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone. There is no version of this business where your client list is a second revenue stream.
We will never use your jobs to train models.Your pricing and your margins are the most competitively sensitive thing you own. They stay yours.
We will never lock your number to us.Your phone number is ported or forwarded, never owned by us. It goes back the day you ask for it.
We will never let it act unsupervised before you say so.The approval queue is the default, not an option you have to find in a settings menu.

If any of this matters enough to want it in writing, ask on the call and it goes in the agreement. We would rather answer it now than have it surface as a doubt six months in.

Your next hiredoesn't sleep.

Twenty minutes on video. We look at how you run today, show you the system live on a real contracting business, and tell you honestly whether we can move the needle.
