ContractorAIPro isn't a chatbot, an automation tool or another app to log into. It's one system that runs the working parts of a company — the leads, the quotes, the proposals and contracts, the email, the website and search, the purchasing, the invoices and the growth planning.
You talk to Tanya. She runs twenty-three AI specialists organised into six teams, and they hand work to each other without being asked. Sales passes to estimating. Estimating checks with operations. Finance flags the margin before the job starts. A growth strategist maps where the next dollar comes from. No payroll, no days off, no managing.
How it works
1. The audit. A short call where we map how your business actually runs today — where work comes from, how it gets priced, what falls through the cracks, what's eating your evenings.
2. The build. Your specialists get switched on and configured around you: your pricing, your suppliers, your approval rules, your tone of voice. You don't get handed a login and wished luck.
3. The custom work. Anything your business needs that doesn't exist yet, we build — custom agents, custom workflows, wired into the software you already run.
4. The handover. It arrives working. Everything it produces waits in an approval queue with your name on it until you decide otherwise. Your team drafts, you decide.
Built by operators, not engineers
Most business software is built by people who have never run the business it's sold to. They get the workflow diagram right and the reality wrong. Every feature in this system exists because something went wrong on a real job, with real money on the line, and it needed fixing by the end of the week.
What it changed
Leads stopped going cold while we were out on site. Quotes went out the same day instead of the following week. Materials got ordered off the finished estimate instead of a note on a napkin. Where it started
What began as a tool we built inside our own multi-award-winning, five-star landscape construction company has grown into a full operating system suitable for any business.
Construction is a punishing place to build software — thin margins, moving parts, nothing forgiving, and a customer standing in front of you when it goes wrong. Which is exactly why it holds up everywhere else. It still runs our own company every day. Now it runs other people's.
